2. Advertiser disclosure (personal loans)

[Not published. The loan marketplace relationship is not in place, so no marketplace-branded advertiser disclosure appears anywhere on the site. It returns, with that marketplace's current required wording, when the agreement is signed and the domain approved.]

7. Contact consents (TCPA)

Consent to be contacted is never a condition of using this service. Each consent below appears on the screen where it is given, is recorded with its version and timestamp, and is documented by a TrustedForm certificate.

Named providers — one consent per provider, on the results page

Each provider gets its own unchecked box. Checking it and clicking "Connect me" (or calling the number shown) is what sends your request to that provider, and only that provider.

The service words in the box ("debt relief", "tax relief", "business debt relief") are filled in with the verticals that provider was matched for.

8. SMS verification code
