When we answer
The support mailbox is staffed Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern. We aim to reply within one business day. There is no call center here and no overnight queue — if you write at 11pm on a Saturday, a person reads it Monday morning.
What we cannot help with
Once you have chosen a provider and consented, your program, your payments, your negotiations and your paperwork are between you and that provider. We are not a party to it and we cannot see inside it. If a provider is not returning your calls, tell us anyway — we will chase them, and a pattern of it is how a provider stops receiving introductions from us.
We also cannot give legal, tax, or financial advice about your particular situation. Not a hedge: we are not licensed to, and a matching service that offered it would be doing something wrong.
If you want to complain about us
Write to [email protected] with "Complaint" in the subject line and we will respond within five business days. You are also entitled to take a complaint about any financial company, including this one, to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau at consumerfinance.gov/complaint, or to your state attorney general. We would rather hear it first, but we are not going to pretend those routes do not exist.
